Instructions for getting setup and a quick tour of the Beta app

🔐 User Login

Make sure you are logged in!

📇 Register Your Devices

Make sure your devices are registered to your account. Do this for every device you own (Make sure you're signed in):

1. From your device list on the Home Screen, press the 🔧 icon to navigate to the Device Settings screen.

2. Scroll down to the Account section.

3. Tap "Register device to my account."

4. You'll see a confirmation that the device is now registered to your account.

Repeat these steps for each of your devices. If a device is already linked, the Account section will show "This device is registered to your account."

Registering devices requires being logged in. If you don't see it, head to Settings and create an account or log in.

💬 In-App Chat

Have a question or a piece of feedback? Use the new in-app chat to talk to us directly — no email, no forum, no waiting. It's the fastest way to ask "is this normal?" or share what you love (and what you don't).

🐞 Report a Bug

Found something broken or strange? Use Report a Bug to send it straight to our team. You can:

1. Describe what happened in your own words, and

2. Attach photos so we can see exactly what you're seeing.

The more detail (and pictures) you include, the faster we can fix it. Bug reports are one of the most valuable things you can send us during the beta.

Responses in the chat may not be immediate. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
