## Scene Scheduling

You can also use the scheduler found in Scene mode to schedule different scenes to come on throughout the day. Once in Scene mode, schedule a scene to turn on at a certain time by pressing the clock icon.&#x20;

You can choose up to 5 different Scenes to display on your Fluora throughout the course of the day. When using scene scheduling, to have your Fluora turn on and off at a certain time, you will still need to use the main schedule found in device settings.

# Music Reactivity

This page describes how the music reactive features work and how they can be tuned.

The **Fluora Mini** and **Fluora Floor Plant** are equipped with a microphone inside the device and can display sound reactive animations. These can really bring your lighting to life in ways that ambient animations cannot!

{% hint style="info" %}
You can identify which animations are music reactive by spotting the ♪ icon appended to it's label in the Animation List.
{% endhint %}

### Tuning a Music Reactive Animation

Since not all music will be played at the same volume and some genres of music may display differently to an animation than others, each music reactive animation has one or more controls that can be tuned to adjust it's appearance:

<table><thead><tr><th width="121.671875"></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Gain</strong></td><td>How sensitive the microphone is to the audio levels of the selected animation. A higher gain will result in increased sensitivity and amount of light or activity in the animation.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Threshold</strong></td><td>Some animations may ignore certain sounds until they reach a certain noise level. This adjusts the level at which the sound begins to affect this animation.</td></tr><tr><td></td><td></td></tr></tbody></table>

You can find several more controls on the Device Settings screen to further tune the appearance and behavior of the music reactive animations. Here you will also find:

<table><thead><tr><th width="145.40625"></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Master Gain</strong></td><td>Sets the base sensitivity that will be used for an music reactive animations.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Attack</strong></td><td>How quickly the light will react to sounds. A high attack will reproduce a quick response from the lighting. A low attack will produce a slower response.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Decay</strong></td><td>How quickly the lighting will "fade out" to a sound. A high decay will fade out quickly after a sound. A low decay will fade out more slowly.</td></tr></tbody></table>

{% hint style="info" %}
You may want to tune these depending on the tempo of music you tend to listen to. A higher attack and decay for faster music and a lower attack and decay for slower music.
{% endhint %}

# Syncing Devices

To sync multiple Monos/Fluora, go into the settings panel of each unit you want to sync together, and toggle the switch on. Then, you will be able to control all of the synced units together in the control panel.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Devices must have matching firmware versions installed in order to be compatible with each other and syncable. If you need help checking the firmware version, [learn more here](https://wiki.fluoraplant.com/releases).
{% endhint %}

Once devices are synced, you can control their colors, animations, effects, and schedule simultaneously.&#x20;

<figure><img src="https://388586330-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FHFRVr5mLot21XpObKolo%2Fuploads%2Fd2UVzfVXPYvaPd3lJ7CT%2FMonos%20User%20Manual%202025%20(5).png?alt=media&amp;token=5cdbe4f2-25bf-405b-91bc-0a291fd956fa" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Unfortunately, this sync is not a "deep sync", and does not have the ability for an exact duplicate of the animation to be displayed on each device. The base animation, color, and effects levels will be the same.&#x20;

# Firmware Updates

This page explains the three ways the firmware can be updated on your Fluora or Monos device.

Firmware is what runs directly on your Fluora or Monos device. It is what creates the animations, allows it to connect to the app, and turn on and off each day. \
\
We are constantly working to improve the product and release new features. This results in us needing to put new versions of the firmware onto your devices.\
\
The primary way we do this is by sending a notification to the Fluora mobile app on yor phone that an update is available, you simple just need to press "Update Now" in the app and allow the installation to occur automatically. This is call an "In-App Update". This is the default and preferred method.

### In-App Update *(Default)*

[In-App](/firmware-updates/in-app)
{% endcontent-ref %}

{% hint style="warning" %}

#### Fallback Options

Sometimes, for whatever reason, In-App Updates may fail. In these cases, there are two fallback methods for getting the firmware update. See the **Recovery Mode** and **USB Cable** sections below.
{% endhint %}

### Recovery Mode

Recovery Mode can be used by downloading the firmware onto your phone and connecting to the devices own WiFi network.

*More information here:*

[Recovery Mode](/firmware-updates/recovery-mode)
{% endcontent-ref %}

### USB Cable

A USB Cable can be used to flash the firmware directly to the device from a web page.

# Misc

# Quickstart

There are three methods for updating the firmware on your device. Each has a specific use case. Please see the descriptions below and follow the links to the appropriate instructions.

{% hint style="info" %}
We frequently deploy firmware updates to fix bugs, improve performance, and introduce new features. It is important to make sure you keep up with the latest firmware to ensure the best experince possible with your device!
{% endhint %}

### In-App *(Preferred)*

This is the default and preferred method for updating your devices firmware. Color+Light routinely deploys firmware updates to your devices that will show up in the form of a notification in the app. You can simply press "Update" and the firmware update will automatically execute.&#x20;

**Learn more:**

# In-App

This page describes the process of updating your devices firmware the default way via the mobile app.

Firmware updates are typically deployed in groups over the course of 7-10 days. Once your device has been marked eligible for a firmware update, you will see an in-app notification indicating so. If you do not yet see a firmware update for your device, you can force your device to be eligible by [manually checking for the update](https://wiki.fluoraplant.com/firmware-updates/in-app#manually-check-for-a-firmware-update).

### Executing a Firmware Update

When you see that a firmware update has become available via a notification in the Mobile App, simply press the "Update" button. The modal should then inform you that the firmware update is in progress.

{% hint style="info" %}
The device should display solid blue, indicating that the firmware update is in progress. The process can take up 10 minutes. If it is taking longer than 10 minutes, please see the "Failed Update" section below.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %}

#### **Update Successful&#x20;**<mark style="color:$success;">**(FLASHES GREEN)**</mark>

Once the firmware update has completed, the device should **FLASH GREEN** and the Mobile App should inform you the update was successful.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}

#### **Update Failed** <mark style="color:$danger;">(FLASHED RED)</mark>

If the firmware update was unsuccessful *(the device flashed red, never displayed solid blue, or was stuck blue for longer than 10 minutes)*, the update may have failed and you should take the following steps to try again:

1. Power cycle the device
2. Completely close out of the Mobile App and reopen it
3. Press the "Update" button again

*Please try a few times before taking additional troubleshooting steps.*
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Still not working?**

If after a few attempts, if you are still not able to get the firmware update through, please see the steps to update via [Recovery Mode](/firmware-updates/recovery-mode).
{% endhint %}

### Manually Check For A Firmware Update

You can force your device to be eligible for the firmware update by "Checking For Update" on the Device Settings screen. This will first check that a firmware update actually exists, and if it does, will then display a "Update Now" button.&#x20;

# Recovery Mode

Recovery Mode is a fallback for updating your device's firmware if you are for some reason unable to use the default in-app method.

{% hint style="warning" %}
This feature is only available on devices with firmware **v1.6.1** and newer. If you believe your firmware version is older than v1.6.1, you will need to update via a [USB Cable](/firmware-updates/usb-cable).
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Putting your device into Recovery Mode will **DELETE ALL STORAGE**, including WiFi credentials. You will need to go through the [WiFi setup](/setup/wifi-setup) process again in order to reconnect your device.
{% endhint %}

By downloading the firmware onto your phone, you can then connect to a temporary WiFi network from your Fluora or Monos and directly install the firmware. Please follow the steps below.

# WiFi Setup

### 1. My "Discover Devices" button is not working

If your app is not discovering your Device via Bluetooth:

1\. Confirm your app is updated to the latest version.

2\. Ensure the bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

3\. Put your Device in Pairing Mode (hold the function button down for 6 seconds until you see the device flash blue). <br>

Then, open the app and press discover.<br>

If you still don't see the Device show up in your mobile app on the "Add Device" screen: <br>

1. Go into your phone's bluetooth settings
2. Find your Fluora Device on the list of connected devices and press "forget device"
3. Power cycle your Device (unplug and replug into wall)
4. Put Device back into pairing mode (hold down button inside pot for 6 seconds until device is flashing blue) then try pressing discover in app to connect again. <br>

If you are still having issues after this, please update your device firmware via Recovery Mode. Find instructions at the top of this page.

If you have issues updating the firmware on your device with the app, you can use the new “Recovery Mode” to update it directly. [Please visit the Firmware Updates page to do that.](/troubleshooting/mobile-app/firmware-update)

{% hint style="info" %}
If you have updated your device to the latest firmware version, and still cannot discover it, please try using an iPad or another phone device in order to discover your Fluora via Bluetooth. <br>

Once you discover the device, you can put it online, and your original phone should be able to see and control the device.
{% endhint %}

### 2. Can't Connect Device to WiFi

#### Please watch the WiFI commissioning Video below.

{% embed url="<https://youtube.com/shorts/bOZSSVtSyWk?feature=share>" %}

Next, ensure you have updated your Device firmware, and mobile app to the latest public version [via instructions here](https://firmware.fluoraplant.com/releases).

If you are having issues connecting your Device to WiFi, please confirm that you have properly put in your WiFi network information and hit the connect button. The device should flash green 3 times when it successfully connects.

**Please note:**

{% hint style="warning" %}
Devices are only compatible with 2.4 GHz WiFi networks
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Confirm your mobile device is on the **EXACT** same WiFi network as the device *(correct GHz as well)*.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
If you have a VPN, unique security settings or Firewalls on your network or router, or are attempting to setup your device in a commercial space, or workplace, this may cause connectivity issues.
{% endhint %}

* Confirm the WiFi network and password are EXACTLY right - this is case sensitive. Please note the WiFi network name is typed into the second slot, and the password is into the 3rd slot.
* If your Device is more than 25 feet away from your router, or there are walls between your Device and your router, try moving your Device closer to your router and going through the WiFi commissioning process again.

**WiFi Apostrophe and Quote Issue:**

* Some customers with quotes or apostrophes may be having some trouble connecting their device to their WiFi. The reason is in the difference between "straight" quotes (', ") and "curly" quotes (′, ″). They are technically different characters and if your WiFi network name or password uses one, you need to make sure you are typing in the correct one to match.
* Since different devices might use one or the other by default, it's possible when you are typing that the incorrect one is being used.
* To ensure your WiFi network name and password are exactly right when typing in a quote mark or apostrophe, please hold down the quote key on your phone keyboard until all the quote options come up. Then be sure to select the correct one.
* Please see the video below on how to do this. If you have an apostrophe and/or quotation mark in your WiFi network name or password and have been unable to connect your Device, please try again with this tip, and let us know if this fixes your issue, and you are able to connect. Please also let us know if this does not work for you.

![](https://3502592311-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FcXzTZhJmLW1wVB78IQ18%2Fuploads%2Fe2TKyHamCNbL7vKQjXYh%2Funknown.jpeg?alt=media\&token=62ebd603-a5e6-4486-8676-0f9d8b431b45)

If you have confirmed above, please try resetting your phone's Bluetooth and going through the WiFi commissioning steps again.

1\. Go into your Bluetooth settings of your phone, and forget all Fluora devices

2\. Power cycle any Fluora devices you have (unplug and replug into wall)

3\. Put your device in **PAIRING MODE** by holding down the function button for 6 seconds until the device flashes blue

4\. Go into the app and press "Discover Devices"

5\. Put in your WiFi credentials

6\. After the device flashes green and says connected, please wait up to 30 seconds for it to show up in the app.

7\. If you still see your devices offline, try closing out of your Fluora Mobile App completely, and re-open it, and waiting for 30 seconds for it to connect.&#x20;

You can do this anytime after your device has been online and you open the app and the app can't find the device.&#x20;

Here's how to close an app on your phone:

* [iPhone](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/A4viAkQQ1vk)
* [Android](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYI5zZA_Enc)

### Network Not Found

You will get a network not found error if your WiFi name is incorrectly typed in. Please double check you have entered the correct network name in and try the WiFi commissioning process again.

### Connection Failed

You will get a Connected Failed error if your password is incorrectly typed in, or if you are trying to connect to a 5 GHz WiFi network. Please double check you have entered the correct WiFi password, and that you are connecting to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network and try the WiFi commissioning process again.

# Crashing

## Mobile App Crashes

If your Fluora Mobile App crashes, please try Power Cycling your device (unplug it from the wall, wait 5 seconds, then plug it back in), and then completely closing out of your Fluora Mobile app, and opening it back up.

Here's how to close an app on your phone:

* [iPhone](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/A4viAkQQ1vk)
* [Android](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYI5zZA_Enc)

If this is happening when you press "Discover Devices":&#x20;

This crash could be happening because the Device does not have the right permissions on your phone.

You can manually fix this problem by following the steps below. We have also attached a[ video of someone doing this here](https://vimeo.com/858044634?share=copy).

If your app continues to crash, please take a screenshot of the crash, and email us at <support@fluoraplant.com> for more help.

## Device Crashes

If your Fluora Device crashes, it may reset all of your saved settings, including the Scheduler, and your saved Scene and Manual animation settings. If you set a schedule, and Fluora keeps not following the schedule, there is a chance it could be because the device is crashing. Please reach out to us to get help with this at <support@fluoraplant.com>

# Flickering or Off LEDs

## **Understanding the Issue**

LEDs need two things to work properly, power, and data. If either of these are compromised, you may see the problem visually occur either by the LEDs Flickering, or "Glitching", or LEDs not turning on altogether.

Fluora products are wired "in series". For Fluora, this means the power and data signal comes from the pot, up each single stem, and from leaf to leaf going from the ground up.

It is very likely an issue is with a single stem or a single leaf, and the problem area affects every leaf above it. This means if a lower leaf has an issue, all leaves above it will also have an issue. The challenge is diagnosing whether the problem is with the leaf itself or the stem slot where the leaf plugs in.

## Fluora Mini

First, try grabbing each stem right where it comes out of the pot, pressing it down into the pot, and rotating it. This should fully engage each stem into the connector. Watch the [stem installation video](https://vimeo.com/858256243?share=copy) below.

{% embed url="<https://vimeo.com/858256243>" %}

**Isolating the Problem**

To determine whether the issue is with a stem or a leaf, follow these steps:

1. Remove all leaves from the problem stem (including the good ones) and set them aside.
2. Take fully working leaves from another stem and plug them into the stem that was showing problems.
3. If the same problem stem continues to exhibit issues (like flickering), this means the problem is with the STEM, not the leaves.
4. If the stem now works fine with the replacement leaves, take the original leaves you set aside and individually test each leaf by plugging it into the top slot of the stem one by one. ***Please note***, for a leaf to work all leaf slots underneath the top slot should be filled.
5. If one of these leaves still exhibits the issue, this confirms the problem is with a LEAF, not the stem.

When taking a stem out of the pot, please be gentle and pull from the very bottom of where it comes out of the pot. If you confirm the stem is bad, let us know and we can ship you a new one. For additional help with leaf issues, please take a look at the [troubleshooting video](https://vimeo.com/865758737?share=copy) below to ensure each leaf is fully plugged into the stem.

{% embed url="<https://vimeo.com/865758737?share=copy>" %}

## Fluora Floor Plant

\
Make sure that your stems are plugged into the right slots in the frame. Specifically, the A stem should match up with the "A" slot, and the C stem should match with the C slot. If those 4 leaf stems are in the wrong place, the top leaves won't light up.After that, please watch the [troubleshooting video and plugging in leaves video](https://fluoraplant.com/pages/setup-instructions) below. Go from bottom to top of the stem that is not fully lighting up, and fully push in the leaves to engage them into the stem with 2 hands.<br>

{% embed url="<https://vimeo.com/681668830>" %}

**Isolating the Problem**&#x20;

If you go through these instructions and are still having issues, please send us a 5 second video of your device, and we will confirm the issue and can help ship you the appropriate replacement part.

## Monos

If you see Monos LEDs flickering, it may be because one of the LED boards are damaged. Send us a video of the flickering and we will confirm the issue and can help ship you the appropriate replacement part.

# v3.4.15 Beta Release

Instructions for getting setup with the new beta release and how to test

### 👋 Welcome!

Thank you for helping us test the newest PixelAir firmware and Mobile App. This release introduces a few brand-new tools designed to make beta testing easier — better diagnostics, a direct line to our team, and a fast way to report anything that looks off.&#x20;

Please read the quick intro below before you start testing!

### 🔐 User Login

First: create an account. Press the ⚙️ icon in the top right of the Home Screen to navigate to the Settings page, locate the Account section and press Create Account.

<figure><img src="https://2813259749-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F1kyClkguDSgopEMcl987%2Fuploads%2F2qP4eLSQWzpVUlXNMP2z%2FIMG_4891.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=40701d3e-ac5c-4b53-9ea6-bdd232e797ee" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="https://2813259749-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F1kyClkguDSgopEMcl987%2Fuploads%2F5TMiHO3SCmoRPIFOOEnG%2FIMG_4910.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=944e58a1-f35d-4974-872b-306decd596d0" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Why we're introducing it:

* Better diagnostics. When you're logged in, your device logs are tied to your account, so when you report an issue we can find exactly what happened — dramatically faster troubleshooting.
* Required for what's coming. Several upcoming features will need a logged-in account, so this is the first step in that foundation.
* It powers the beta tools below. In-app chat is only available while you're logged in.

Turning it on takes a few seconds and you can toggle it off anytime.

### 📇 Register Your Devices

Once you're logged in, please register each of your devices to your account. Registering links a device's logs and settings to you, so our team can diagnose issues quickly and your devices are ready for upcoming account-based features.

<figure><img src="https://2813259749-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F1kyClkguDSgopEMcl987%2Fuploads%2FLW1iRhS0G5fFp80R7ofg%2FIMG_4898.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=8749d20f-cc03-4d35-9bb2-d1e411f7add2" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Do this for every device you own:

1. Make sure you're signed in.
2. From your device list on the Home Screen, press the 🔧 icon to navigate to the Device Settings screen.
3. Scroll down to the Account section.
4. Tap "Register device to my account."
5. You'll see a confirmation that the device is now registered to your account.

Repeat these steps for each of your devices. If a device is already linked, the Account section will show "This device is registered to your account."

{% hint style="info" %}
Registering devices requires being logged in. If you don't see it, head to **Settings** and create an account or log in.
{% endhint %}

### 💬 In-App Chat

Have a question or a piece of feedback? Use the new in-app chat to talk to us directly — no email, no forum, no waiting. It's the fastest way to ask "is this normal?" or share what you love *(and what you don't)*.

<figure><img src="https://2813259749-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F1kyClkguDSgopEMcl987%2Fuploads%2F9pblmIISg1QKg1U7PrOw%2FIMG_4907.png?alt=media&amp;token=800e21e3-0dfd-441d-ab4c-3ce753d64347" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
The chat feature requires being logged in. If you don't see it, head to **Settings** and create an account or log in.
{% endhint %}

### 🐞 Report a Bug

Found something broken or strange? Use Report a Bug to send it straight to our team. You can:

* Describe what happened in your own words, and
* Attach photos so we can see exactly what you're seeing.

<figure><img src="https://2813259749-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F1kyClkguDSgopEMcl987%2Fuploads%2FVz6bkV7mkoEJgoTPza3U%2FIMG_4907%202.png?alt=media&amp;token=974c296c-6505-4586-a69d-9d61ea4c539a" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="https://2813259749-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F1kyClkguDSgopEMcl987%2Fuploads%2FpfimRoPwL8Wu81nn4LgB%2FIMG_4900.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=22681419-abe4-474b-bbc6-4a51e31f10ba" alt="" width="188"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The more detail *(and pictures)* you include, the faster we can fix it. Bug reports are one of the most valuable things you can send us during the beta.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Responses in the chat may not be immediate. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
{% endhint %}

> ***Questions?** Once you're logged in, just open the in-app chat and say hi. Happy testing! 💚*

**Contact:** <support@fluoraplant.com>\
**Address:** Color and Light Inc., 201 Athol Avenue, #401, Oakland, CA 94606, United States

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Fluora mobile app, visit fluoraplant.com, or use related Fluora services (including our firmware and account systems).

***

### 1. Fluora Mobile App

#### Permissions used to set up your device

The Fluora Mobile App may request:

* **Location (or local network) access** — used only to help commission your Fluora device onto your Wi‑Fi network (for example, discovering nearby networks or satisfying OS requirements for Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth setup). We do not use this permission to track your physical location for advertising.
* **Bluetooth / BLE** — used to assist connecting your Fluora device to your Wi‑Fi network during setup.
* **Microphone** (if enabled for optional features) — used for on-device or in-app voice features you choose to use. Device audio visualization on the Fluora hardware itself is processed locally on the device and is not uploaded as a recording for advertising.

These permissions are for product functionality. You can deny or revoke them in your device settings; some setup or features may not work without them.

#### Fluora account (sign-in / registration)

You may create or sign in to a Fluora account in the app using:

* **Email and password**, or
* **Google Sign-In**

If you create an account or sign in, we collect and store account information such as:

* Email address
* Name (first and last)
* Authentication credentials (passwords are stored hashed; we do not store your Google password)
* Account role / program flags (for example, whether you are enrolled in a beta program)
* Approximate account activity related to sign-in (for security and support)

**Purpose:** to provide your account, sync account-related features (such as beta enrollment), secure access, provide customer support, and operate the service.

**Google Sign-In:** If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google authenticates you and shares with us basic profile information needed to create or link your Fluora account (typically email, name, and a Google account identifier). Google’s use of your data is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

You can sign out in the app. To request account deletion or correction, contact us at <support@fluoraplant.com>.

#### Device identifiers and anonymous / aggregated metrics

To operate, improve, and debug the app and connected products, we may collect:

* **Device / installation identifiers** generated on your phone (for example, a device-unique ID used for support and diagnostics). These are not your name or email by themselves.
* **App and device technical data**, such as app version, OS/platform, crash logs, performance timings, and feature usage diagnostics.
* **Product/device metadata** you connect in the app (for example, device serial, model, firmware version, and connection state) when needed for syncing, updates, support, or diagnostics.

We use tools such as **Sentry** for crash reporting, performance monitoring, and related diagnostics. Where feasible, we treat diagnostic metrics as **anonymous or pseudonymous** (not used to advertise to you). If you are signed in or submit a bug report, diagnostics may be linked to your account or the device ID you share so we can help you.

**We do not sell your personal information.**

#### Optional beta program

If you join a Fluora beta program, we may associate your account with beta eligibility and use that to provide pre-release app or firmware experiences and related communications/support.

***

### 2. Fluora devices and our servers

Fluora devices may communicate with Fluora-operated servers (for example, for firmware update checks, device verification, or cloud-assisted features you use). That communication can include technical information such as device serial, model, firmware version, and update-related status.

On-device microphone audio used for light visualization is processed locally on the device hardware and is not recorded or uploaded by Fluora for advertising.

***

### 3. Visiting fluoraplant.com (online store)

When you visit or purchase from fluoraplant.com, we collect information needed to run the store, process orders, and support you. Our online store is powered by **Shopify**.
