Check If You Are Running Latest Firmware

To check your current firmware version, open the Mobile App and press the icon for the device, this will bring up the Device Settings screen. You should see the firmware version listed in the table.

If you are unable to retrieve the firmware version because your device is "offline", please try one of the following:

• Visit the Connectivity Troubleshooting page.

• Proactively update to the latest via Recovery Mode.

• Reach out to customer service with your serial number and they can check for you.
