# Welcome

### Check If You Are Running Latest Firmware

To check your current firmware version, open the Mobile App and press the <i class="fa-wrench">:wrench:</i> icon for the device, this will bring up the **Device Settings** screen. You should see the firmware version listed in the table.&#x20;

If you are unable to retrieve the firmware version because your device is "offline", please try one of the following:<br>

* Visit the [Connectivity Troubleshooting page](https://wiki.fluoraplant.com/troubleshooting/networking/connectivity).
* Proactively update to the latest via [Recovery Mode](https://wiki.fluoraplant.com/firmware-updates/recovery-mode).
* Reach out to [customer service](https://wiki.fluoraplant.com/help-center) with your serial number and they can check for you.
