# Function Button

The Function Button is a physical button on your device that is used to turn your device on/off, reset the WiFi, change scenes and more.

## Button Functions

### Single Press

Iterates through the lighting scenes.

### Short Hold ***(2 seconds)***&#x20;

Turns the device on/off.

### Long Hold ***(5 seconds)***&#x20;

Puts the device into Pairing Mode used for [WiFi Setup](/setup/wifi-setup.md).

### Very Long Hold ***(7+ seconds)***

The device will first flash blue! Do not release the button until it has flashed red.

### Hold While Power Cycling
