Function Button

This page describes the Function Button and all it's features.

The Function Button is a physical button on your device that is used to turn your device on/off, reset the WiFi, change scenes and more.

How to Locate Function Button

Button Functions

Single Press

Iterates through the lighting scenes.

Short Hold (2 seconds)

Turns the device on/off.

Long Hold (5 seconds)

Device will FLASH BLUE

Puts the device into Pairing Mode used for WiFi Setup.

Very Long Hold (7+ seconds)

Device will FLASH RED

The device will first flash blue! Do not release the button until it has flashed red.

Puts the device into Recovery Mode.

Hold While Power Cycling

Device will FLASH RED

Puts the device into Recovery Mode.
