# International Shipping & Policy Overview

#### Customs & Import Duties

* Customer Responsibility: All orders shipped internationally may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

#### Returns & Exchanges

* Final Sale: Orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

#### Warranty & Replacement Parts

* Hardware Coverage: Your purchase includes a 1-year warranty that covers the cost of replacement hardware.
* Shipping Fees: While replacement hardware itself is covered under warranty, any shipping fees required to deliver replacement parts internationally are the responsibility of the customer.
