Troubleshooting

If you are having problems with your Fluora Device, please start here.

Many issues can be fixed by updating your Device and Fluora Mobile App to the latest version. See the Firmware Updates page for instructions on how to do that.

If you have updated your Device Firmware and Mobile app to the latest versions, and are still having issues, you can learn more about the issue and how to troubleshoot it below.

WiFi Setup

Issues with BLE Pairing, entering WiFi credentials and getting your device connected to your local network.

Connectivity

Issues with your device being available on the Home Screen to be controlled.

Firmware Update

Issues with updates being available or problems with the update being successful.

Glitching LEDs

Flickering or malfunctioning LEDs due to bad connections or other electrical issues.

Won't Turn On
