# Won't Turn On

If your Fluora Device does not turn on altogether, please see below.

## Fluora Mini

1. Confirm your Fluora is plugged into a working AC Power Wall outlet
2. Confirm you've setup your Fluora according to the [setup instructions](broken://spaces/grhZk26koEpc44njns4e).
3. Confirm your stems are properly plugged in. [Watch the video ](https://vimeo.com/858256243?share=copy\&fl=cl\&fe=ci)below.

1. Press and hold the function button inside the Fluora Pot for 2 seconds
2. Look inside your Fluora pot from the top down. You should see a dim red light through the clear plastic piece in the center of the pot. If you don’t see a red light, please reach out to support.&#x20;
3. If you do see a red light, and have confirmed you've plugged in your stems according to the video, it is likely you have a rare power supply issue.
4. If you are still having problems, please reach out to us directly at <support@fluoraplant.com>. If the issue is confirmed, we'll have you return just your Fluora Pot, and ship you a brand new, tested one.

## Fluora Floor Plant

* Confirm your Fluora is plugged into a working AC Power Wall outlet
* Confirm you've setup your Fluora according to the [setup instructions](broken://spaces/m1uJFLfcEBfzDcjZvYHD).
* Confirm your stems are properly plugged in. [Watch the video here](https://fluoraplant.com/pages/setup-instructions).
* Press and hold the function button inside the Fluora Pot for 2 seconds
* Look inside your Fluora pot from the top down. You should see a dim red light through the clear plastic piece in the center of the pot. If you don’t see a red light, please reach out to support.&#x20;
* If you do see a red light, and have confirmed you've plugged in your stems according to the video, it is likely you have a rare power supply issue.

## Monos

1. Ensure the power supply is plugged into a working wall outlet&#x20;
2. Ensure the power cable is fully plugged into the Device.
3. Tap the top of the Monos device to activate the IR sensor to turn the Monos on
4. Squeeze the function button for 2 seconds to power on the device. Learn how to press the Monos Function button below.
