Mobile App Crashes
If your Fluora Mobile App crashes, please try Power Cycling your device (unplug it from the wall, wait 5 seconds, then plug it back in), and then completely closing out of your Fluora Mobile app, and opening it back up.
Here's how to close an app on your phone:
If this is happening when you press "Discover":
This crash could be happening because the Device does not have the right permissions on your phone.
You can manually fix this problem by following the steps below. We have also attached a video of someone doing this here.

Fluora Device Crashes
If your Fluora Device crashes, it may reset all of your saved settings, including the Scheduler, and your saved Scene and Manual animation settings. If you set a schedule, and Fluora keeps not following the schedule, there is a chance it could be because the device is crashing. Please reach out to us to get help with this at [email protected]
